The study, titled' Yoga a good strategy for self management of stress-related troubles and wellbeing throughout Covid-19 lockdown: A cross sectional study', has been printed in the journal' Plos One'. It was completed by a workforce of experts from the National Resource Centre for Value Education in Engineering (NRCVEE) at IIT D.
